RESPONSE
❖ At all times, we will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as possible. All initial requests can
be sent to our service department hotline (01386 860 349) or emailed to head of service
Russell Sweeney (Russell.Sweeney@StricklandMFGUK.com). One of our engineers may
contact you directly if more specific notes are required. Be assured that this is in the best
interest of a prompt resolution.
SERVICE ENGINEERS
❖ We will respond to your request for repair in one of the following ways;
o By locating and instructing one of our network of independent service agents.
Strickland MFG will establish the problem and allocate the appropriate service
engineer to come to site. We will inform you prior to them coming out when you
can expect them on site.
o By instructing an external agent, a suitably qualified hydraulic engineer, where we
can be reasonably satisfied that the problem relates to a hydraulic component such
as a solenoid.
o By sending an engineer from our facility in Tyrone. This response method will be
slower and therefore we shall only use this option where the problem is more
complex and beyond the scope of the UK based engineers.
o In the event that Strickland MFG Ltd is unable to attend the site to resolve the
situation within the agreed time span, it is agreed that you, The Customer, can
attend the site to rectify the issue at the rates agreed below. You must obtain an
order number from Strickland Direct Ltd prior to visiting the site. On completion of
the job, you will submit a full engineers report to Strickland MFG Ltd, confirming
the serial number of the Strickland Product repaired and providing detailed
breakdown of the work carried out, components used and any photographs
available. You are also to provide a point of contact that Strickland MFG Ltd can
liaise with. This is to ensure the speedy resolution of the situation.
